Refund Schedule: - 60 Days or More Before the Tour Start Date: - Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. - 30 to 45 Days Before the Tour Start Date: - 50% refund of the total tour cost. - 14 Days or Less Before the Tour Start Date: - No refund. 3. Non-Refundable Deposits: - Any deposits made for accommodation, park fees, or third-party services are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. 4. No-Show Policy: - No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour. Rescheduling Policy: We aim to offer flexibility to our clients who need to change their plans. Our rescheduling policy is as follows: 1. Rescheduling Requests: - All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email. 2. Rescheduling Fees: - 60 Days or More Before the Tour Start Date: - No rescheduling fee; subject to availability. - 30 to 45 Days Before the Tour Start Date: - Rescheduling fee of 10% of the total tour cost. - 29 Days or Less Before the Tour Start Date: - Rescheduling fee of 25% of the total tour cost. 3. Tour Availability: - Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred dates, but availability cannot be guaranteed. 4. Rescheduled Tours: - All rescheduled tours must take place within 12 months of the original booking date. If the rescheduled tour does not occur within this timeframe, it will be considered a cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply. 5.
